On the kebab trail ” a book by Monish Gujral published by Penguin was unveiled at the Paris cook book fair at Louvre Museum in Paris on 23rd February 2013
The book show cases and celebrates the authentic kebab recipes. the trail took Monish to many kingdoms of kebabs in search for most delectable kebab recipes from Turkey , china, middle east , Pakistan ,Europe , South America and ofcourse Many parts of India .
This a collectors book and first time that most global kebab recipes are covered in one book
