The brain behind the famous Moti Mahal Delux Tandoori Trail restaurant concept, a tribute to his grandfather, Monish is often credited for giving the iconic Delhi-based eatery a contemporary makeover and a MNC standard. A traditionalist by thought, Gujral has remained true to the signature dishes that made Moti Mahal a legend, while reinventing the dining experience into one that is exciting and avant garde to suit modern sensibilities.
