He was the first Indian chef to be invited by Le Cordon Bleu France to demonstrate at the institute , besides being an author of four Gourmand international award winning cookbooks(Moti Mahal cookbook –on the Tandoori Trail, Moti Mahal cookbook on the Butter Chicken trail, Moti Mahal cookbook on the Kebab Trail and on the Dessert Trail)
